I called to see if they would be interested in giving me a value on a property. They set the time line for visiting the property which was approximately 5 days. I called when I heard nothing from them. They indicated they had not gone to the residence yet They set another time line that they failed to follow through I called them and was told they would be visiting that evening and would call me. Again they failed to call, I called for an update and was told they would call in 5 minutes that they would have the estimate together. An hour later they called. I felt that I could not trust anything they said because they had not followed through with any promises up to this moment. I will not use them do to too many broken promises and we were not even discussing the value at this point Very shoddy follow through. No communication with the customer. The sad part of all of this was they were the ones setting the timeline not me. If they were too busy, they should have communicated that to me so I could move on to another realtor
I worked with Ken and he was awesome at helping me and my family find a home in Mountain City that met all of the things we were looking for. He was always on time for showings and very responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the process. Very good experience!
