I have been a part of this gym since day one and I can tell you this place is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest and well kept than anything this town has had in the past. Mike ad Karyn are my family and I have seen them do so much to help people with their health and fitness journeys. This place is my second home :)

Great place to train. Great atmosphere and staff. Friendly people all around with a clean environment.
Not a very good place to work. Owner aren't very good with workers. I wouldn't advise this place to work for anyone! There is mints all over the place and people that dip spit in the bathrooms and every where else. They bring unhealthy food and sweets. I thought it was supposed to be a healthy environment when you walk in. And the prices are way to high! This place is ridiculous!
